FAQ
Welcome! Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our amazing clients.
If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us directly!
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend at least 2 days in advance for standard orders and 2-3 weeks for custom or larger event orders.
We also accept walk-in orders (in-store only) and can accommodate most same-day orders online. Please give us ~2 hours to get your order ready.
Can you fill my balloons?
Unfortunately, we are not able to fill customer balloons. However, we do offer a wide selection of balloons and colours that can match almost any theme!
How long will the balloons last?
Helium latex balloons: 24-48+ hours.
We treat all of our latex balloons with hi-float gel to maximize their float time but there are many variables that can affect this. Please follow the care instructions.
Helium foil balloons: 2-5 days.
Air-filled balloons: Several days to weeks (great for decor).
Will balloons pop in hot or cold weather?
Extreme temperatures can affect balloons. We advise indoor setups or shaded areas for outdoor events.
Can I pick up balloons and set them up myself?
Absolutely! We offer pickup options for most orders, and we provide care instructions to ensure the best results.
What kinds of events do you provide balloons for?
We work with all types of events, including:
-
Birthdays & Baby Showers
-
Weddings & Engagements
-
Corporate Events & Grand Openings
-
Holiday Celebrations, School Events & More!
Do you offer balloon garlands, arches, or backdrops?
Yes! We specialize in creative balloon garlands, arches, columns, walls, and more!
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. We have a 48 hour cancellation/refund policy.
Within 24 hours your order will be held as a store credit.
Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Things to Avoid to Maximize Helium Balloon Life
Helium balloons are a showstopper, but they’re sensitive! Here’s what to avoid so they float high and last long:
1. Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat
- Why: Heat causes helium to expand and escape faster.
- Effect: Balloons may pop or deflate quickly.
- Tip: Keep balloons in a cool, shaded area, especially during transport and setup.
2. Don’t Leave Balloons in a Hot Car
- Why: The heat inside a car can reach extreme levels—even for short periods.
- Effect: Balloons can burst or become misshapen.
- Tip: Always transport balloons with A/C running and never leave them unattended in the car.
3. Don’t Handle with Rough Surfaces or Sharp Objects
- Why: Latex and foil balloons are delicate.
- Effect: Contact with rough surfaces, jewelry, or nails can cause popping or tearing.
- Tip: Handle gently and keep away from brick walls, ceiling textures, and tree branches.
4. Don’t Store Balloons in Windy or Rainy Areas
- Why: Moisture and wind can damage balloons or tangle strings.
- Effect: Balloons may deflate, burst, or tangle.
- Tip: If outdoors, secure them properly and have a weather plan.
